*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural realignment using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
* Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve flawless finishes.
* Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication skills to restore vehicle frames and panels accurately.
* Replace and install auto glass with precision, ensuring safety and durability.
* Handle vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, and detailing to prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
* Assist with auto estimating and document repair processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
* Lift heavy components safely during repairs and maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.
*Requirements*
* Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred.
* Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and working with sheet metal.
* Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
* Familiarity with auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying.
* Knowledge of auto glass replacement, auto restoration, and automotive repair processes.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repairs and processes.
* Automotive repair or mechanic experience is a plus; certification in auto estimating or auto painting is advantageous but not mandatory. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
