Responsibilities
Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, including OR presence when required.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in‑service training for surgical teams.
Build relationships with KOLs, surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
Open and manage target hospital accounts through consignment or direct purchase models.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market updates using CRM tools.
Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and related events.
Required Skills and Experience
2–4 years of successful sales experience in medical devices.
Strong preference for laparoscopic, minimally invasive surgery, or surgical device sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
Strong clinical understanding of abdominal and pelvic laparoscopy.
Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work closely with surgeons, OR teams, hospital staff, and procurement teams.
Results‑driven and comfortable working toward sales targets.
Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and occasionally to other regions.
