Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions to optimize our digital marketing strategies and enhance overall campaign performance. You will leverage advanced analytics, SQL, and Adobe Analytics to uncover actionable insights, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and contribute to significant business growth.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing analytics strategies. Analyze campaign performance across various digital channels, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from diverse sources. Leverage Adobe Analytics for in-depth website and campaign performance tracking and reporting. Conduct A/B testing and other experimental analyses to improve user experience and conversion rates (CRO). Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to align data insights with business objectives. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Employ predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends and campaign outcomes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, tagging, and CRO. Proven expertise in SQL and Adobe Analytics. Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus. Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and data visualization skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
