Lead and execute our global sales strategy with end‑to‑end ownership
Build, manage, and accelerate a high‑quality pipeline across target regions
Act as both strategic leader and active seller, joining key enterprise deals and unlocking new markets
Shape and optimize our go-to-market approach, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Contribute to digital marketing, demand generation, and funnel performance to increase brand visibility and inbound traction
Forecast sales volumes, set quotas, and build scalable sales operations and reporting
Strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and grow lifetime value
Represent Wellbees at industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives
10+ years of experience in global B2B SaaS or technology sales
Strong record of achievement in hitting (and exceeding) targets and winning major deals
Experience contributing to or leading go-to-market initiatives and growth strategies
Bonus: Experience working with digital marketing, demand generation, or sales–marketing alignment
Advanced English proficiency
High self‑discipline and ownership in distributed, fast‑paced teams
Customer‑centric approach with expertise in upsell, retention, and value expansion
Key differentiators: HR Tech experience, early‑stage startup success, experience with process‑driven sales methodologies
