Overview Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, develops and markets a portfolio of leading aesthetics brands and products. The portfolio includes facial injectables, body contouring, plastics, and skin care.
Role Details This is a hybrid role including in‑office and remote working days. Must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area.
Must be able to work one of the following shifts:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm CT
8:30 am – 5:00 pm CT
7:30 am – 4:30 pm CT
8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT
Responsibilities The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue‑generating position with responsibility for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio of products (BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica®, KYBELLA®) and for managing and enhancing portfolio growth through business‑development activities using primarily phone communication.
The Sr IBDM represents the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. Responsibilities include product and program education, product adoption, and portfolio growth through business‑development activities.
The Sr IBDM provides technical product and procedure training, competitive product differentiation, and applies consultative selling and the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan. The company offers flexible career paths with a strong emphasis on internal mobility.
Consistently achieve sales quota across the portfolio and execute marketing plans independently.
Focus sales processes on business growth and relationship building.
Manage quota attainment and customer satisfaction through communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager, sample allocation, order placement, marketing materials, and account assistance with marketing strategies.
Educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety, and benefits of products, and identify new business opportunities.
Identify growth opportunities: expanding customer reach, increasing portfolio utilization, launching new products and indications.
Support customers with marketing strategies including website and social media development, office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing.
Pre‑plan sales calls and manage time to maximize customer contact and engagement.
Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with field sales to drive objectives and cultivate relationships.
Cover territory during leave of absence or vacancy with the Sales Representative, Region Manager, and Inside Sales Area Manager.
Attend sales training and meetings as required.
Complete administrative responsibilities on time, including presentations and expense reports.
Demonstrate strong work ethic and represent the company with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant industry experience required.
Requirements
Two or more years of relevant sales experience.
Track record of earning strong commissions and ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and communicate effectively.
Ability to travel by air or car up to 15–20% of the time.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry dealing with physicians, patients, and other stakeholders.
Experience educating or influencing targeted customers.
Two years of Inside Sales experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The posted compensation range is the range of possible base pay the company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of posting, based on the job grade. Compensation within this range may vary by location and may be modified in the future.
Benefits include paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
Eligibility to participate in short‑term incentive programs.
Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determined.
