With operations in over 100 locations and $20M+ in annual revenue, USA PT is expanding its footprint and seeking Fitness Sales Managers for its multiple locations around the USA.
As a Fitness Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting gym members with personal training solutions that help them achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and collaborating with gym leadership to foster a strong member experience and grow participation in personal training programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct consultative sales processes with new and existing gym members to assess fitness goals and recommend personal training packages
- Demonstrate and educate members on exercise fundamentals and proper technique to build trust and showcase the value of personal training
- Sell personal training packages and consistently achieve biweekly sales quotas
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, track activity, and follow up to convert leads into clients
- Collaborate with gym leadership and trainers to support a strong member experience and identify opportunities to improve and grow personal training participation
