We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the infrastructure and tools that enable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) of software applications. As a DevOps Developer you are required to design, implement, and manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment. This role involves collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and optimize performance in cloud and on-premises environments. Leading, designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SAAS products (Databricks, Snowflake) and on-premises solutions Designing & developing reusable IaC modules for deploying Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake and other related cloud services on AWS and Azure Building and optimizing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases Automating repetitive tasks, including provisioning, configuration, and monitoring, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar Implementing and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) Integrating DevOps pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins Working closely with developers to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle and support containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Ensuring infrastructure and pipelines adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR, EAR, SOC 2, GDPR) Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues in production and non-production environments Automating, monitoring and optimizing cloud resource usage to balance performance and cost efficiency Integrating DevSecOps practices including secret management, vulnerability scanning and compliance check Maintaining clear documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing Guiding and mentoring development team members and sharing knowledge to foster a DevOps culture Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud platform operations 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing multi-cloud CI/CD pipelines (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes 1+ years of experience implementing observability, monitoring, and tracing frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog and similar tools) 1+ years of experience applying FinOps and cost optimization strategies in CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations to drive efficiency, resource accountability, and transparency spend 3+ years of experience in implementing security controls in CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (IAM, RBAC, secrets management, encryption) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher 3+ years of strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar) 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Aviation 1+ years of experience implementing event-driven, cloud-agnostic DevOps architectures supporting microservices, APIs, and serverless workloads 1+ years of experience integrating DevOps, MLOps and expertise in AI/ML-driven observability or anomaly detection into infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
