About

We are looking for a strong, hands‑on developer who can take internally built AI tools and turn them into secure, production‑ready applications our remote teams can use every day. We move fast and often build prototypes using tools like Replit, Lovable, OpenClaw, and other AI‑assisted or low‑code environments. These tools are often created first by non‑developers or semi‑technical operators to solve real business problems quickly. What you’ll be doing Review AI‑assisted and prototype code built by internal team members Refactor and improve code quality, structure, and maintainability Add authentication, authorization, credential handling, and security controls Set up secure deployment pipelines and production environments Deploy applications to servers/cloud infrastructure for team‑wide use Help standardize how internal tools are built, secured, and released Identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and IP/security risks before they become problems Create sensible documentation so tools can be maintained over time Work closely with non‑developers who build useful first versions of tools quickly What we’re looking for Strong experience as a full‑stack developer, software engineer, or dev/devops hybrid Experience taking prototypes or messy internal tools into production Solid understanding of application security, auth, secrets management, and role‑based access Experience with cloud/server deployment, hosting, and infrastructure setup Ability to review code written by others and improve it without needing to start from scratch every time Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments where the first version may be rough but valuable Good judgment around protecting company systems, data, workflows, and intellectual property Able to communicate clearly with non‑technical and semi‑technical teammates Big plus if you have experience with AI‑assisted coding environments and rapid prototyping tools Replit, Lovable, OpenClaw, or similar platforms Internal tools, workflow tools, dashboards, and operations software Agency environments or high‑speed startup teams DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, server hardening, monitoring, and access management Next.js, Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure This role is probably a fit if you Can look at a rough but working prototype and see how to make it production‑ready Understand that speed matters, but security and reliability matter too Know how to protect internal systems and IP from sloppy exposure Don’t panic when code is imperfect Like building order out of chaos This role is probably not a fit if you Only want to build from scratch Avoid messy codebases Have no real deployment or security experience Are more of a prompt tinkerer than an actual developer Need heavily structured corporate environments to function Why join us We are building internal systems that matter to the daily operation of our business. Your work will have immediate impact. You won’t just be another developer working on tickets nobody cares about—you’ll help transform useful internal AI prototypes into real, secure tools our team can rely on. If you have the technical depth to take fast‑built internal apps from “cool demo” to “safe, stable, production‑ready system,” we’d like to hear from you.
