Credit Controller Wicklow Full-Time | Office Based Optimize are partnering with a company with over 50 years of industry experience, who are committed to delivering effective, professional, and customer-focused credit management services to some of Ireland's leading financial institutions and utility companies.

We are currently seeking Credit Controllers to join this growing team for an immediate start.
Full training for this role will be provided however experience with a similar role is desired.
The Role As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will use a variety of communication methods to assist customers, resolve queries, and agree on suitable repayment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities Contact customers by telephone, email, letter, and SMS regarding outstanding accounts.
Use appropriate collection techniques while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
Resolve customer queries and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Process debit card payments using our secure payment system.
Update customer records accurately and in real time.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements (full training provided).
Skills & Experience We're looking for candidates who have: Previous experience in credit control or a similar customer service/collections role (preferred but not essential).
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
A positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
