Site Engineer We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our clients construction team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of building projects by overseeing site engineering activities, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the day-to-day management of construction works.
Key Responsibilities Carry out setting out and levelling activities to ensure works are completed accurately and in accordance with project specifications.
Monitor and maintain quality control procedures, including concrete testing through cube sampling, slump testing, and other quality assurance measures.
Inspect shuttering, reinforcement steel, and critical dimensions prior to concrete pours to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, materials reconciliation records, and uploading project documentation to the Document Management System (DMS).
Supervise and coordinate the activities of directly employed personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
Work closely with the Site Management team to monitor progress and resolve on-site engineering issues.
Ensure full compliance with company Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, and other site policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining project schedules and supporting the successful delivery of construction milestones.
Requirements A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 23 years' experience working as a Site Engineer with a building contractor.
Strong knowledge of setting out techniques, surveying equipment, and construction methods.
Experience carrying out quality control inspections and maintaining site documentation.
