Assistent accountant in Dronten
Van inzicht geven in tussentijdse resultaten tot het proactief adviseren over administratieve en financiële vraagstukken van klanten. Jij doet het als assistent accountant op ons groeiende kantoor in Dronten. Je ondersteunt mkb’ers bij hun bedrijfsvoering en helpt hen bij het maken van belangrijke financiële keuzes. Ondertussen helpen we jou bij je verdere ontwikkeling. Zo dragen we samen bij aan jouw groei én die van aaff.

Wat ga je doen als assistent accountant?Al direct krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid en ga je naar klanten toe. Veel van hen bevinden zich in de sectoren transport, handel, e-commerce, industrie, horeca of bouw. Je onderhoudt hun administraties, stelt jaarrekeningen op en geeft inzicht in tussentijdse resultaten.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:Opstellen van fiscale aangiften, jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse cijfers.
Adviseren over uiteenlopende administratief-financiële vraagstukken.
Reviewen, opstellen en bespreken van rapportages met senior collega’s en klanten.
Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen administratieve - en automatiseringsprocessen van klanten.
Bij aaff Dronten werk je op een kantoor dat nog volop in ontwikkeling is. Teamleider Machiel stuurt hier het team met betrokken accountancy-collega’s aan. Kenmerkend voor dit team? De korte lijnen en brede kennis. Je kunt rekenen op professionele begeleiding van een ervaren accountant, een inwerktraject en volop ruimte voor de verdere ontwikkeling van je vakinhoudelijke vaardigheden.
Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden:Salaris : tot € 4460 op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
Keuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar. Kies uit regulier verlof, het aaff-budget of extra dagen via je salaris. Wat je van het aaff-budget niet gebruikt, keren we uit.
Thuiswerkbudget van € 550 : om je werkplek thuis prettig en ergonomisch in te richten.
Vergoeding voor thuiswerken : € 2,40 per thuiswerkdag + € 40 netto internetvergoeding per maand.
Duurzaam onderweg: 0,30 per auto-km voor woon-werkritten, € 0,40 (€ 0,23 netto) per fiets-/wandelkilometer. Daarbovenop een volledige OV-vergoeding of – bij meer dan 7.500 zakelijke km/jaar – een elektrische leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget. Bij elektrisch rijden ontvang je € 0,40 per kilometer.
Ruimte voor groei, verdieping en verbreding : ontwikkel je verder via de aaff academie of externe opleidingen, gewoon onder werktijd.
Jaarlijks € 200 vitaliteitsbudget : voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid en altijd toegang tot ons online platform OpenUp.
Flexibel verlof sparen : voor een sabbatical, langere reis of tijd voor jezelf.
Feestdagen omruilen : kies twee dagen die passen bij jouw religie of cultuur.
Laptop en telefoon : alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen.
