Continually learn new technology to build competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility. Deliver product and technical presentations to a broad range of potential and existing clients. Have a direct line of communication with the product team to collaborate on feature requests. Help clients try and onboard the product and assist when they run into roadblocks. Think creatively and help resolve the wide variety of technical challenges that may occur during the overall customer’s life cycle. Who You Are:
Minimum 2+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering along with either DevOps/SRE, or Platform Engineering. Knowledgeable and experienced with DevOps monitoring, cloud architecture tools, and modern web development. Thrives in a high‑velocity environment demonstrating experience with juggling a high number of concurrent engagements of varied size and complexity. Enjoys collaborating and teaming with others. Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations and demos. Native‑level Korean proficiency (written and spoken) is required, as you will be communicating directly with customers in Korea. Able to think creatively about a wide variety of challenges. You’re going to find new things every day. Enjoys a hybrid office culture and spending time in‑person at our Seoul office. Able to travel up to 25% of the time. Benefits and Growth:
Best‑in‑breed onboarding. Generous global benefits. Intra‑departmental mentor and buddy program for in‑house networking. New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing. An inclusive company culture, able to join our Community Guilds and Inclusion Talks. Equal Opportunity at Datadog:
