full‑time inside sales representative
with mechanical and industrial piping experience to prepare quotations and handle inside and counter sales responsibilities at our Clarksville, Tennessee location. The Macomb Group has differentiated itself from competitors by continually expanding our operations to provide unbeatable specialty services, a huge inventory, energy‑efficient solutions, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self‑driven individual to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for answering phones
Taking orders from customers over the phone
Giving status of previous orders
Preparing quotations and bids
Purchasing of non‑stock items and backorders
Coordination of sales orders
Provide professional customer service to customers
Will be asked to perform Warehouse duties when needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One or two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both is preferred
Demonstrate trade experience and knowledge of mechanical and industrial piping applications
Able to project professionalism in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
Motivated team player who takes initiative
Work Setting Monday - Friday, day shift
