Inside Sales

Milwaukee company is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Assistant to support sales persons with quoting/estimating and processing of orders. Duties include helping sales to manage the current customer base as well as working on new customer development. The ideal candidate has previous background in a similar role at a manufacturing or distribution company working with metals and or a technical products. Must be skilled at maintaining strong customer relationships and expediting subcontract work with vendors. DUTIES INCLUDE: Quoting and estimating Inside sales Order processing Customer service Expediting Problem solving Requirements College and or Technical degree or equivalent Job history Working knowledge of the steel industry Blue print reading Basic math skills Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Multi-task Strong customer service skills Benefits Health Dental 401K Holiday PTO
