Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, immunology, hematology, among others-adhering to established protocols. Ensure the accuracy of results, rectify any discrepancies, and conduct maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments. Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for necessary testing when applicable. Keep meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold laboratory maintenance and standards. Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment while meeting all regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications
Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment. Maintain your certification throughout your time with us. Essential Skills
