About
The Night Auditor functions as an overnight Guest Service Representative along with additional front desk responsibilities. This involves attending to guest needs and following standard operating procedures within the Property Management System. Other responsibilities include:
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stayAudit and balance reports from the day shiftsSchedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following dayVerify that all shift work has been completed as outlined on shift checklistRespond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as neededCommunicate to all departments as neededAnswer phones and place reservationsBalance cash drawers and record receiptsEmail shift report to all team membersResponsible for the total front office operation: Acts as Manager on Duty, responds to guests requests, represents hotel in the late evening and early morning hours, maintains thorough communication with management staff.
