At our core, we’re a company that believes we can always create a better way.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBThe PreMedia Production Coordinator assists all aspects of each job including scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting. Ensuring all client expectations are met and projects stay on time and on budget.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SCOPECheck all content in files or proofs for accuracy and completeness against clients style guides and expectations.Resolve all conflicts in client-supplied information against job specsOrganize incoming and outgoing work for productionCommunicate priorities to team members and other departmentsMonitor timelines to ensure all work is being organized and produced within the committed timeframesCheck all copy and images on proofsCommunicate any deviations to timing, costs, workflowMaintain and communicate daily status reports JOB REQUIREMENTSAppropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basisEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 5+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail and deadline oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft applications Ability to multitask Experience in the prepress/graphics arts industry preferredProficient computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, project management databases and email applications #LI-MJ1Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly rang: $28.85 - $36.05 based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
