About

Position Overview: Complete Mind Care of PA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate TMS Behavioral Technician to help facilitate a supportive, exceptional treatment experience for our patients. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate administration of TMS, Spravato, EEGs, and neuropsychological testing. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in behavioral health, is willing and excited to learn the TMS procedures, and has a background of higher education in related fields. On-site training will be provided. We are currently hiring someone to work full-time in the evening at our Horsham location.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately administer TMS treatments according to protocols. Accurately position the TMS equipment and monitor all aspects of treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy. Create a supportive, compassionate, patient-orientated treatment environment. Explain TMS procedures and its possible effects on patients and answer any patient questions. Monitor patients in the clinic during their Spravato treatments by checking their blood pressure and pulse oximetry throughout the session.
Complete EEGs on patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Proctor neuropsychological assessments to aid in accurate diagnoses.
Administer psychiatric rating scales to monitor patient progress throughout treatment. Document daily treatment notes and demonstrate proficiency in the utilization of our electronic health system Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and clinicians on patient care in an interdisciplinary team, as well as communicate treatment updates and outcomes for each patient. Collaborate effectively with a team of trained TMS technicians to deliver high-quality care for each patient. Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher education in related fields of psychology, social work, public health, etc.
Preferred experience working in the Behavioral Health field. Comfortability and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer-based software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Scheduling & Availability Full-time - Monday through Friday, Evening 11:30am-8:00pm (subject to change) at Horsham location Availability to travel between both the Villanova and Horsham location for training
