Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic STNA / CNA / NA to join our network of healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose your assignments based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
  • Taking and recording patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as directed by the healthcare team
  • Assisting with the serving and feeding of patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comforting atmosphere
  • Assisting with the maintenance of a clean and safe patient care environment, including changing bed linens, tidying up patient rooms, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed
  • Reporting any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider
  • Documenting care provided and observations made in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Qualifications:

    • Current and valid STNA / CNA / NA certification in Ohio
    • Previous experience as an STNA / CNA / NA in a healthcare setting preferred
    • Additional certifications may be required based on assignment requirements
    • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to assist and support others
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
