In this position, you'll work directly with customersasking the right questions, overcoming objections, and guiding them through decisions, including financial conversations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are open to feedback and coaching, and can stay motivated even when you hear "no," this role offers a strong opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and a solid foundation in sales. This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisionsincluding conversations about money. This role requires someone who is comfortable: asking direct questions handling hesitation or rejection making outbound calls staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times Successful team members: Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no

1pm Every Sunday Off $13.35 - $15.24/hr. Monthly bonus potential Preferred Experience: Customer service, sales, or collections experience

Ability to learn quickly and adapt Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
