Nous offrons des prestations de Contact Center et de gestion de la relation client à haute valeur ajoutée, grâce à une infrastructure téléphonique, informatique et logicielle de pointe.
Nos services sont proposés en quatre langues, 24h/24 et 7j/7, à une clientèle variée : établissements médicaux (hôpitaux, cliniques), banques et sociétés financières, études d’avocats et grandes entreprises internationales.
Customer Care Agent - secteur médical
Travail le week-end (8h à 16h par semaine)
Votre mission
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons des agents(es) Contact Center dédiés(es) qui seront exclusivement en charge d’un seul de nos clients actif dans le domaine médical.
En plus de la prise d’appels, vous interviendrez dans les processus de placement de personnel médical (recherche active de personnel, feedback et planification), devenant ainsi un référent clé pour ce client.
Vos principales responsabilités
Réception et traitement des appels entrants pour le client .
Coordination et placement de personnel médical selon les procédures établies.
Gestion de messages et situations sensibles.
Saisie et suivi administratif précis dans les outils mis à disposition.
Votre profil
Bilingue français–anglais, français–allemand et/ou français-italien (oral et écrit).
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et capacité à s’adapter rapidement.
Expérience dans un domaine médical, contact center, le service clientèle ou le recrutement / placement de personnel appréciée.
Excellente communication, empathie et sens des responsabilités.
Capacité à gérer des situations sensibles avec calme et professionnalisme.
Disponibilité indispensable les week-ends (environ 8 à 16 heures par semaine).
Domicilié(e) en Suisse, avec nationalité suisse ou permis C.
