If you’re eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!
Practice Highlights:
- Bread and butter Urology practice
- Join an experienced urologist and a network of skilled urologists, sharing a 1:7 hospital call schedule
- Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system
- Emphasis on high-quality care over patient volume
- Dedicated medical assistant (MA) team for efficient workflow
- Collegial and collaborative work environment
- Opportunity to precept medical students and help shape the next generation of physicians
Available Resources:
- RN triage support during after-hours and weekends
- Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community
Compensation and Benefits:
- Student loan assistance
- Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee of $500,000 – $550,000 per year
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance
Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
