Votre mission
Vous évoluerez au sein de nos ateliers de fabrication.
Vous
Au bénéfice d’une expérience dans une entreprise industrielle, si possible à forte composante mécanique, vous vous sentez prêt(e) à intégrer une équipe dynamique et passionnée pour répondre au mieux aux attentes des clients internes et externes.
Vos responsabilités
mettre en train et préparer le poste de travail pour la série.
lire les plans.
valider la réalisation de la première pièce.
réaliser la série.
valider la réalisation de la série.
réaliser des assemblages mécano-soudés avec ou sans gabarit.
assurer le suivi des documents liés à son activité.
assurer l’intégrité des machines et des infrastructures.
assurer le nettoyage et la maintenance des machines et des infrastructures.
informer son supérieur hiérarchique des dysfonctionnements et des non-conformités constatés ou potentiels et relatifs à l’ensemble des activités : processus de Production, sécurité du personnel et des tierces personnes, de l’environnement, des machines et installations, etc..
se soumettre chaque deux ans aux examens de qualification de soudeur selon les normes européennes.
appliquer le Système de Management ainsi que toutes les directives et instructions en découlant.
assurer la sécurité du personnel, des tierces personnes et de l’environnement.
réaliser des tâches de support aux équipes montage et fabrication selon besoin, en fonction de la charge à la soudure.
Profil recherché
Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC de constructeur d’appareils industriels, constructeur métallique, soudeur-serrurerie ou diplôme équivalent.
Vous avez une expérience de minimum 4-5 ans dans une entreprise industrielle, si possible à forte composante mécanique.
Vous avez des connaissances approfondies des techniques de soudure (MAG, TIG).
Vous savez lire et interpréter des plans techniques.
Vous avez des compétence en fabrication et assemblages métallique.
Vous êtes une personne organisée, sachant travailler de ère autonome et minutieuse.
Vous maîtrisez la langue française.
Vous avez une personnalité ouverte, esprit d’équipe et flexibilité indispensables, notamment pour intervenir en fin de processus et s’adapter aux priorités de production.
