Store Management serves a broad range of functions, including but not limited to leading all aspects of operation, to include the customer service, cost management, and other training functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliTake essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores;/liliEnsure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation;/liliPrepare periodic report, to include sales control, employee scheduling, etc.;/liliOrganize and supervise the employee shifts;/liliParticipate in management and personnel meetings;/liliCheck stock levels and order supplies and materials;/liliMaintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health safety;/liliAdditional duties at store when circumstances dictate./li/ulpStore associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar./ph3Qualifications/h3ulliAssociate/Bachelor degree preferred;/liliMinimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position;/liliStrong organizational, communications and leadership skills;/liliAbility to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands;/liliProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;/liliGood attendance and available to work overtime when needed;/liliExcellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;/liliAdapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85C concept;/liliAvailable to work on weekends and holidays./li/ulpThis position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
