Design Intern
for our Fulton Market office in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, food, photography, and visual storytelling who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Who are we? Role Description The
Design Intern
will support the development of creative assets across packaging, social media, retail marketing, digital campaigns, photography, and brand storytelling. The selected candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team on a variety of real-world projects that directly support the Amylu Foods brand across retail and digital channels. This is a 40 hour per week role and does require the
Design Intern
to be onsite four days per week. Primary Responsibilities Creative & Design Support Assist with the creation of digital and print marketing materials Support social media content creation and campaign asset development Help prepare presentation decks, sales materials, and retail assets Assist with packaging updates and production-related design tasks Maintain organized design files and creative assets Photography & Content Support photoshoots, content shoots, and creative production prep Assist with image selects, retouching, and content organization Help execute creative concepts that align with the Amylu Foods brand aesthetic Brand & Marketing Collaboration Participate in brainstorms and campaign concept development Support seasonal launches and marketing initiatives Research trends in food, design, social media, and packaging Help maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working on a growing national food brand Exposure to packaging design, campaign development, and content creation Mentorship from an in-house creative team Portfolio-building projects with meaningful creative ownership Opportunity for future full-time employment Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with willingness to learn and collaborate Passion for food, branding, photography, and creative marketing Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Amylu Foods is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
