We are currently expanding our administrative team and are hiring an experienced administrator to join us on a part time basis - 20 hours per week. Reception Cover Cover lunch break and ad hoc absences. Must be fully up to speed in reception duties if longer cover required. Daily Tasks Morning check across three floors: Cleaning standards Kitchen supplies (milk, tea/coffee) Boardroom fridges stocked Stationery organised and replenished Put away deliveries Distribute post Respond to ad hoc requests / issues Light IT troubleshooting (where possible) Weekly Tasks Full stock take (kitchen, boardrooms, cleaning, stationery, tech supplies) Distribute drinks and snacks across floors Ongoing Responsibilities Meeting room setup on request Manage outgoing post and couriers Maintenance coordination (escort contractors as needed) Asset management (loan devices, repairs, tracking) New starter desk setup and onboarding support Filing (on-site and off-site) Staff communications (bulletins as required) Assist PM in small tasks as needed Skills: Reception Administrator Admin
