This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit professional to manage a diverse portfolio consisting of owner-managed and subsidiaries of multinational clients. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering top-tier audit, accounting, and advisory services. Be the trusted point of contact, ensuring effective planning, budget control, and timely delivery. Inspire and develop your team, maintaining the highest standards of work and client service. Drive growth, supporting advisory projects and spotting opportunities to expand the practice. Requirements: Qualified Accountant with minimum 23 years post-qualification experience. Deep technical expertise in accounting and audit principles. Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments seamlessly. Strong leadership qualities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sharp analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Proactive approach to client service and business development. Adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a dynamic environment.
