About
£20.04 per hour
- £26.69 per hour Shift Premiums
Saturday - £22.45 per hour
Sunday - £29.69 per hour Overtime / Bank Holiday - £29.69 per hour Unsociable (hours worked between ) - £22.78 per hourHGV Mechanic Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to the following):
To inspect and maintain our HGV Fleet Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and transport to test centre To record vehicle defects and keep accurate records of work carried out on each vehicle Repair minor accident damage Carry out fault diagnosis To put safety first regarding all aspects of the role
HGV Mechanic Key Skills & Experience
Qualifications required City & Guilds part 2 & 3 / BTEC / IMI in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry. Commercial experience on HGV's is essential Class C+E licence preferable but not essential Works well both independently and in a team Manages deadlines well and understands how to prioritise a workload
