We are seeking an experienced
D365 CRM Technical Lead / Solution Architect
with strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module and Integrations . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and leading enterprise-scale D365 CRM implementations.
This role requires a highly skilled technical leader who can drive architecture discussions, lead development teams, design scalable integration solutions, and actively contribute to coding and solution delivery.
The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Architect and develop integrations between D365 CRM Sales Module and external enterprise applications. Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide best practices for CRM customization and integrations. Design scalable and secure CRM solutions using Microsoft technologies and integration frameworks. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, and technical planning. Perform hands-on coding, configuration, and customization within Dynamics 365 CRM. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations. Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance. Ensure adherence to development standards, security, governance, and deployment best practices. Support CI/CD and deployment activities across development, QA, and production environments. Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall technical excellence within the team. Required Skills Must-Have Skills

Required Experience
10-15 years of overall IT experience Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Development Strong experience with D365 CRM Sales Module implementations Hands-on expertise in enterprise application integrations Experience leading technical teams and enterprise CRM projects Strong solution architecture and coding experience Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure services and integration patterns Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong understanding of CRM security models and data migration Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Certifications
Microsoft D365 CRM Certification (Required)
