  • Responsibility for achieving the commercial targets of the local business field, including P&L, costs, and EBIT.
  • Ensuring the timely processing of customer orders in Germany, as well as disciplinary leadership of the assigned Team Leads and Specialists.
  • Driving the integration of acquired companies and the expansion of the business in Germany.
  • Coordinating cross-business-field and nationwide orders with the responsible Business Managers and ensuring joint order execution.
  • Implementing sales activities, optimizing the product portfolio, and ensuring compliance with processes, IT tools, quality guidelines, accreditation requirements, and legal regulations.

  • Successfully completed university degree in a technical or commercial field, or a comparable qualification, preferable experience in TIC industry, the best in medical.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a management role with disciplinary leadership and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams, and experience in supporting change processes and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, diplomatic tact, entrepreneurial thinking, and a results-oriented working style.
  • Native-level German language skills, English skills at least at B1 level, and ideally experience with BI Portal and SAP.
