Our client is looking for a highly skilled
Principal Software Engineer
to lead their Guidewire Claim Center development team. This role requires someone enthusiastic about innovative problem-solving within a cross-functional team and who supports agile/lean practices. The Principal Engineer will guide the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications, offering advanced technical insight and business expertise to the team. Job Title:
Principal Software Engineer Location: FULLY REMOTE IN THE U.S. Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000 with a 35% bonus potential What’s the Job?
Design architecture and oversee development and unit testing Provide strategic technical direction and adopt new tools and technologies. Drive technical excellence and innovation within the team. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, advising on long-term solutions. What’s Needed?
5+ years of Guidewire development experience (Claim Center preferred) 5+ years of experience coding RESTful APIs. 8+ years of experience with coding in multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, etc. 8+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL – MS SQL Server & Transact SQL proficiency preferred. Expertise in the end-to-end design and development of business database applications.
