About

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our evening shift team.
This is a permanent position offering stability and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the presence of all workers at the beginning of each shift.
  • Follow up on employee training with the teams in place.
  • Manage employee breaks, lateness, and absences.
  • Conduct floor walks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor employee productivity and performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and productivity optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Respectful, patient, and flexible individual.
  • Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must own safety shoes.

Working Conditions:

  • Evening shift position.
  • 1 to 2 weeks of training on the day shift.
  • Salary: $26/hour + $2/hour evening premium.
  • Permanent, long-term employment.
