Ce que tu feras :
Offrir une expérience client hors pairs et montrer une image professionnelle.
Répondre aux appels et informer les clients sur nos produits et services.
Accueillir le client en centre de services.
Accompagner le client dans sa démarche en fonction de ses besoins.
Compléter la facturation.
Supporter les techniciens lors de l’installation de systèmes TAG et pour les réparations.
Assurer la satisfaction des clients.
S’assurer de la propreté de l’environnement de travail - la santé et le bien-être de nos employé.e.s est important pour nous!
Ce qu’on recherche :
Un minimum de 6 mois d’expérience en vente et/ou service client est un atout certain
Détenir un permis de conduire
Être prêt à se déplacer d’un centre de service à l’autre dans un rayon de 20km
