The Opportunity
This is not a typical warehouse role.
This is a career growth opportunity for someone ready to take ownership and step into a broader operational role.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in warehouse operations
- Is ready to move into a leadership and ownership role
- Or has already begun taking on lead or supervisory responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire warehouse and logistics function.
Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders with precision
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments (quantity, quality, damages)
- Resolve discrepancies directly with suppliers
Inventory & Organization
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Conduct annual inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Logistics & Coordination
- Coordinate transportation and obtain shipping quotes
- Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, etc.)
- Track shipments using SAP or similar systems
Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Optimize workflows and warehouse organization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Communication
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal team
- Support operations as needed, including occasional facility-related tasks
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Operate forklift and warehouse equipment
Requirements:
Must-Have
- 2–5+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics
- Experience as a Warehouse Clerk or similar role
- Or experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Forklift equipment experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Bilingual (French and English)
Assets
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience in small team or multi-role environments

Expédition et réception
- Préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes avec précision
- Recevoir et inspecter les marchandises
- Gérer les écarts avec les fournisseurs
Inventaire et organisation
- Maintenir un inventaire à jour
- Participer à l’inventaire annuel
- Maintenir un entrepôt propre et bien organisé
Logistique et coordination
- Organiser les transports et obtenir des soumissions
- Préparer les documents d’expédition
- Assurer le suivi des envois via SAP ou un système similaire
Amélioration des opérations
- Identifier les inefficacités et proposer des améliorations
