Field‑based sales position responsible for the Phoenix South, Arizona territory. Willingness to travel to meet customers in person and attend national sales meetings/industry conferences. Travel and overnight requirements vary based on candidate location. Engage with customers to address identified needs, educate key stakeholders on oncology products, and achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory. Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience, build relationships, and uncover needs. Communicate a compelling, patient‑centered rationale for our oncology products using approved resources and messaging. Possess knowledge of the extended care team, cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and clinical guidelines. Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment across multiple drug distribution channels. Review and evaluate purchasing and prescribing patterns (outpatient vs. inpatient infusion, hospital or GPO contract, etc.). Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager. Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and support engaging conversations about the product portfolio. Ensure a consistent customer experience across the company’s division and functional areas and share key learnings. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle. Ability to travel up to 10‑15% of the time, including overnight travel. Residence in or within reasonable distance to the territory. Preferred Experience and Skills
2+ years of oncology field–based experience selling therapeutic oncology products to oncology customers. Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience. Salary
$142,400.00 – $224,100.00. Annual bonus and long‑term incentive may be applicable. Benefits
