About the PositionTransForce is hiring a CDL A Yard Driver for a swing shift position based in Tolleson, AZ. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady local work, consistent scheduling, and a driver-focused team environment.
Pay & Schedule Details- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
- Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Start and finish times may vary based on operational needs)
- Route Type: Local Yard Driver
- Freight: No Touch
- Perform trailer spotting and yard movements safely and efficiently
- Operate CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company policies
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
- Support fast-paced yard operations with a high volume of trailer moves
- Valid CDL A license
- 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Yard spotting experience preferred
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
