East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further. We are seeking a seasoned analytical UX Designer to craft seamless digital experiences for our users. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs. By championing the user's voice, you will drive product strategy and elevate our digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities User Research & Testing:
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitor analyses. Facilitate usability testing to identify pain points and validate design decisions. Information Architecture (IA):
Organize and structure content logically so users can easily navigate, find information, and complete tasks. Wireframing & Prototyping:
Create low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity, clickable prototypes to map out the product experience. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Software Engineers to ensure design concepts are feasible and implemented accurately. Iterative Improvement:
Analyze post-launch user data, analytics, and feedback to continually refine and optimize the product. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years
of experience in process & data-focus UX design is a must Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and final deliverables. Design Tools:
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Analytical Thinking:
Ability to translate quantitative data and qualitative user feedback into actionable design solutions. Communication:
Strong presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members. Top Qualifications – UX Designer (Process & Data Focus) Process Design Expertise:
Strong experience mapping and optimizing complex workflows (e.g., lending, operations, compliance) Data-Driven UX:
Ability to design data models, integrations, and insights (APIs, dashboards, data flows) Systems Thinking:
Skilled in designing scalable, end-to-end user journeys across multiple systems Financial Services Experience (Preferred):
Knowledge of banking, lending, risk, or regulatory environments Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Proven ability to partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders Prototyping & Validation:
Rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iteration based on user feedback Design Tools:
Proficiency in Figma (or similar), with strong documentation and handoff practices Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
