Job Summary The Client Partner Senior Manager will oversee client accounts, budgets, and forecasts, while providing strategic guidance and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires expertise in digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Foster transparent client relationships with regular updates and issue resolution
Provide strategic guidance using industry trends and KPIs
Lead budget development, forecasting, and billing accuracy
Tailor strategies to client goals through data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Act as primary client communication contact, addressing concerns swiftly
Educate clients on strategic directions and reinforce trust in Tinuiti’s expertise
Maintain industry knowledge and apply best practices to client strategies
Leverage expertise in SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, and other channels
Candidate Requirements
5–7 years of experience in client partner roles with proven campaign success
Expertise in multiple digital platforms and integration strategies
Proficiency with Google Analytics, project management tools, and research tools (Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint)
Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive marketing decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple clients and initiatives
$80,000–$90,000 annual salary + incentive pay program + discretionary bonus
