If you have strong camera, production, editing and storytelling skills, are well-versed in post-production tools and digital publishing and want to play a pivotal role in creating and managing the production of 2nd Swing's video content, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is creative and able to create and transform concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand. The candidate is highly collaborative, organized and efficient. This role is a contract opportunity with a workload of between 20 - 30 hours per month in the Columbia, MD area. Responsibilities: Film and Capture Social Media and YouTube content with 2 nd Swing Fitters and Store Associates locally at our Columbia, MD location. Operate as an on-site Producer and Director with direction from our creative team. Edit and deliver polished video content to spec for our team to publish on our channels. Ability to set-up equipment and ensure professional quality relating to look, feel, and sound Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent business experience. Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite or Da Vinci Resolve. Experience with Canon camera systems and studio lighting equipment. Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines. Strong ability to understand business needs, technology capabilities, and to collaborate in a team environment. Exhibits an enhanced sense of creativity in terms of visual presentation. Can take direction; as well as work well independently or in a team environment. Golf knowledge is preferred. Ability to occasionally travel for specific projects. Compensation: $22-$32 per hour, based on previous experience.
