Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la réalisation de projets institutionnels d’envergure?
Notre client, un entrepreneur général reconnu comme chef de file canadien reconnu dans le développement, la réalisation et l’exploitation de projets d’infrastructures, est à la recherche d’un Vice-Président Construction. Le poste est localisé dans la région de la Ville de Québec.
Relevant d’une organisation solide et reconnue, vous aurez comme mandat de diriger les activités de construction et de gestion de projets institutionnels majeurs, tout en contribuant à la croissance, à la rentabilité et à l’excellence opérationnelle de l’entreprise.
Votre rôle
À titre de Vice-Président Construction, vous serez responsable de :
- Diriger un groupe œuvrant en gestion et direction de projets
- Superviser l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, de la planification à la clôture
- Assurer la rentabilité des opérations, la gestion des risques et la satisfaction des clients
- Encadrer les équipes dans la réalisation de projets institutionnels de moyenne et grande envergure
- Superviser les offres de services liées aux appels d’offres majeurs
- Normaliser les pratiques, procédures et outils de gouvernance de projets
- Contribuer au développement des affaires et à l’amélioration continue des processus
- Contrôler les budgets, échéanciers, contrats et modifications en cours de projet
- Veiller au respect des exigences en santé-sécurité, environnement et conformité
- Maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients, sous-traitants, fournisseurs et partenaires
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un leader stratégique, mobilisateur et orienté résultats, possédant :
- Un baccalauréat en génie, en architecture ou l’équivalent
- 10 à 15 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets de construction de bâtiments institutionnels
- Une expérience significative en gestion d’équipes multidisciplinaires
- De fortes aptitudes en leadership, communication et gestion des priorités
- Une excellente capacité d’analyse, de planification et de résolution de problèmes
- Une bonne connaissance du BIM
- Une excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- La certification PMP constitue un atout
