Sales Appointment Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for our sales team with potential customers
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and effectively schedule visits
  • Manage and organize daily appointment schedules
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
  • Assist in the coordination of follow-up communications to ensure the customer experience is seamless
  • Adapt and learn new skills to continuously improve the scheduling process
  • Be a team player and collaborate with others to drive team success

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong phone skills, or the ability to develop them quickly
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Computer savvy and familiarity with scheduling systems or the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • A driven, self-motivated individual who is committed to success
  • A team player who works well with others
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online chat
  • Assisting clients in making appointments for purchases, test drives, and other sales needs
  • Making contact with potential and past clients via telephone, email, and text coordinating vehicle replacement efforts across the entire database
  • Become knowledgeable about the Chevrolet's Company portfolio of vehicles and programs
  • Providing detailed product information and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships with customers
  • Following up on leads and referrals to generate sales opportunities
  • Coordinating with sales team to ensure smooth customer experience and seamless sales process
  • Managing and updating customer database
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and goals
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints

Requirements:

  • Inbound and outbound phone call experience preferred but not necessary, auto industry a plus
  • Appointment setting skills
  • CRM Skills a plus
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Self-motivator
  • Bilingual (Spanish) major plus
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
