Als recruiter bij Unique in Rotterdam bouw je relaties op met nieuwe MKB-klanten. Je inventariseert hun behoeften en zoekt geschikte kandidaten voor openstaande vacatures. Je begeleidt klanten en kandidaten tijdens het recruitmentproces en zorgt voor een prettige ervaring. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij diverse HR-taken, zoals verzuimbegeleiding en contractbeheer.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om weekdoelen te bepalen en behaalde resultaten te vieren. Je volgt een opleidingstraject van 90 dagen om goed voorbereid te starten. De werkomgeving is dynamisch en biedt ruimte voor eigen initiatief, met een hybride werkplek en een betrokken team dat samen successen deelt.
Wat bieden we jou- Startsalaris tussen €2.601,- en €3.200,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, met ruimte om je uren flexibel in te delen.
- 6% extra keuzebudget voor extra vrije dagen of extra salaris.
- 8% vakantiegeld, uit te keren op het moment dat jou het beste uitkomt.
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,24 per kilometer of volledige OV-vergoeding.
- Laptop en telefoon van de zaak, plus de mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken.
- Een gestructureerd opleidingstraject van 90 dagen met intensieve begeleiding.

- Flexibel inzetbaar, minimaal 32 uur per week.
