Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert:
Werde als Solution Architect Workforce Management (m/w/d) zum/zur Gestalter:in der Energiewende: Wir definieren im Rahmen eines E.ON weiten Projektes gemeinsam mit unserem internen IT-Dienstleister EDT, 11 Netzbetreibern und weiteren Dienstleistern einen neuen Standard und eine IT Business Plattform zur Feinplanung und Steuerung von Tätigkeiten im dynamischen Umfeld des Strom- und Gasnetzbaus. Die Workforce Management Plattform wird zukünftig von mehreren tausend internationalen Benutzern (intern) im Bereich der Energienetze verwendet, um einheitlich Aufgaben zu bearbeiten und zu verwalten, Bau- und Wartungsaufträge zu disponieren, auszuführen und dokumentieren.
Unsere Mission: Konkretisierung, Implementierung und Betrieb der zukünftigen Workforce Management Plattform.

- Architektur & Design: Du behältst den Überblick über unsere komplexe Technologielandschaft und verstehst das Zusammenspiel von DevOps, Code-Repositories, SaaS, SAP BTP und Azure. iOS und Android sind dir vertraut. Du nutzt Architekturmodelle, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und stellst die Dokumentation der Anwendungslandschaft sicher.
- Innovation & Standardisierung: Du nutzt neue Möglichkeiten von Azure, SAP BTP und mobilen Clients, um technische und fachliche Innovationen voranzutreiben.
- Teamarbeit & Kommunikation : In BizDevOps-Teams arbeitest du eng mit Fachexpert:innen, Product Ownern und internationalen Entwicklungsteams zusammen. Du definierst Richtlinien, integrierst die Workforce-Management-Plattform in das E.ON-Umfeld und stellst hohe Qualität sicher. Durch Austausch mit anderen Architekt:innen förderst du optimale Lösungen und agile Methoden.
- Sicherheit & Compliance: Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Lösungen höchsten Sicherheits-, Datenschutz- und Compliance-Standards entsprechen und unsere Plattform sowie Kundendaten geschützt sind.
Ein Background, der überzeugt:
- Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare einschlägige Qualifikation im IT-Bereich.
- Erfahrung & Zusammenarbeit: Mehrjährige Erfolge in komplexen IT-Landschaften mit unterschiedlichen Applikationstiefen. Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern sowie in der Integration extern bereitgestellter Komponenten.
- Technologisches Know-how: Breites technologisch-konzeptuelles Wissen im Cloud-Umfeld (Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS-Integration) und in der Anwendungsintegration (Schnittstellen, Kontrakte). Wünschenswert sind zudem Kenntnisse in der mobilen Entwicklung (Android, iOS).
- Kommunikation: Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) und arbeitest gern mit internationalen Teams zusammen. Es fällt dir leicht, Inhalte zielgruppenorientiert aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren, sowohl für das Management als auch für Entwicklungsteams.
- Analytisches Denken: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen. Du bist in der Lage, sowohl das große Ganze zu sehen als auch dich in die Details zu vertiefen, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
