Clarasight Product Designer
Clarasight is early stage and founder-led. We are building our product in close partnership with customers, not through heavy processes or traditional product roles. Design at Clarasight is more focused on strategic thinking and product innovation than pixels on a page. Designers are deeply embedded with customers and go-to-market teams, use AI tools to rapidly prototype and test ideas, and act as full partners to engineering in turning validated concepts into real products. When signals conflict, you propose a direction, explain tradeoffs, and help the team move forward. Shape product direction by translating raw ideas and diverse inputs from founders, customers, sales, customer success, and implementations into a clear product point of view. Help decide what to build next — and what not to build. Bring judgment, clarity, and customer insight into every conversation. Design clear, intuitive workflows that make complex, AI-powered capabilities understandable and actionable for real users. Use AI-native tools to rapidly prototype v0s and test ideas with real users. Design data- and AI-driven experiences that surface the right insights at the right moment and turn them into clear, confident user actions. Partner closely with engineering from idea through launch. Partner closely with go-to-market and customers to pressure test product bets with real feedback. You'll be a great fit if you have operated in early-stage or founding-level environments. You prefer the high-impact, early innovation stage of product development to the regimented processes of an established product. You enjoy deciding on a direction more than being given direction. You are comfortable with ambiguity, conflicting inputs, and fast iteration. You work easily with engineers, founders, and customer-facing teams. You use AI as leverage to move faster and learn sooner. You think like a product owner while identifying as a designer. Nice to haves include experience designing data- or AI-driven experiences where the product surfaces insights and drives user action. Hands-on fluency with AI-native prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Cursor, Claude-based workflows). Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B workflows. Prior experience partnering directly with founders or sitting in customer conversations regularly. Diverse perspectives are key to innovation at Clarasight.
