Position at American First Finance The Inside Sales Specialist position plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth strategy at American First Finance. As the primary and most consistent point of contact for our vendors, Inside Sales Specialists are essential in building and strengthening these relationships. This role is critical in turning a "warm" lead into a red-hot opportunity, cultivating trust and confidence in our partnerships with vendors and serves as the go-to expert for the vendor experience, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support. Why You'll Love This Role WARM LEADS ONLY: No cold calls here! You'll work with highly engaged prospects and existing partners who are ready to grow. UNCAPPED COMMISSION: Start with a $45,000 base and the potential to earn $65-$70K within the first six months! ENTREPRENEURIAL FREEDOM: Manage your book of business, cultivate partnerships, and directly influence your success. Essential Job Duties: Own Your Pipeline: Make 75-95 outbound calls daily to grow your merchant relationships. Close Deals: Empower vendors to achieve business success by leveraging the comprehensive suite of tools and resources offered by American First Finance. Be the Go-To Expert: Manage your book of business, ensure merchant success, and help them achieve their KPIs. Stay Sharp: Participate in training, deepen your product knowledge, and exceed your sales goals. Relationship Builder: Your passion for creating connections and driving results sets you apart. Minimum Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experienceyou must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal. Consistency is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Computer literate and able to operate common office machines. Minimum Age: 18 years old High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
