Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. Situated amidst the beautiful backdrop of nature, those in our care enjoy tranquil surroundings, yet are just minutes from restaurants, shopping, parks and more.We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well!

Concordia at Villa St. Joseph Personal Care facility sits conveniently located right off Route 65 in Baden and provides exceptional care to this population.

As a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph.

Concordia at Villa St. Joseph is looking for full time and part time Non-Certified Nursing Assistants.

$1.50/hour shift differentials provided for afternoon and midnight shifts.

Weekend $1.50/hour differentials provided for all shifts!

Responsibilities of a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting residents with all activities of daily living
  • Documenting care provided
  • Completing treatments as instructed
  • Answering resident call bells timely

Qualifications of a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!
