Als Real Estate Acquisition Associate unterstützt du die Akquise, Bewertung und Aufbereitung von Junior?Loan?Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten. Du trittst mit Kunden in Kontakt, analysierst Finanzierungsbedürfnisse und wirkst in den frühen Phasen der Transaktionsprüfung mit. Die Position eignet sich ideal für Berufseinsteiger, die lernbereit sind, gerne mit Zahlen arbeiten und Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Umfeld übernehmen möchten.
Vorerfahrung im Immobilienbereich ist nicht zwingend erforderlich – wichtig sind Neugier, schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei Berechnungen und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern.
Immobilienkreditakquise / Real Estate Debt Acquisition
Ihre Aufgaben
Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Kreditnehmern über Telefon, digitale Kanäle und Networking
Sourcing und Bewertung von Immobilieninvestitionsmöglichkeiten in der ganzen Schweiz (Schwerpunkt Deutschschweiz)
Proaktive Neukundenakquise (Cold Leads) über verschiedene Kanäle, inkl. Telefon und digitale Plattformen
Klare und überzeugende Präsentation der Finanzierungslösungen
Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entwicklern, Eigentümern und Maklern
Teilnahme an Besichtigungen und Kundenterminen zur Stärkung der Deal?Origination
Schnelle, überschlagsmässige Berechnungen zur Beurteilung der Machbarkeit (LTV, LTC, Kostendeckung, Liquidität des Kreditnehmers etc.)
Mitwirkung bei der Strukturierung von Junior?Loan?Finanzierungsvorschlägen und Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung
Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Due?Diligence?Prozessen, inkl. Anforderung und Prüfung von Unterlagen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Marketing und Administration zur Abstimmung von Kommunikation und Reporting
Ihr Profil
Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Sicherheit bei schnellen, groben Berechnungen
Klare und selbstbewusste Kommunikation, sicher im Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
Interesse an Immobilienfinanzierungen und Bereitschaft, eng mit dem Senior Management zusammenzuarbeiten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations? und Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, bei der Strukturierung von Finanzierungen mitzuwirken
Fliessend in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse; ösisch von Vorteil
Proaktiv, organisiert und anpassungsfähig in einem dynamischen Umfeld
