As the VIP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests. Why You'll Love Working with Us: Exciting earning potential of $150,000 and above. What You'll Do: Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules Make required presentation to guests Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role Ability to resolve complex customer service issues Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
What You'll Bring: High School Degree/GED or higher 5+ years of customer service experience 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred) Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
