Grey Wolf Automotive Group is seeking motivated, professional Sales Consultants to join our team at Deland CJDR. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional commission-only sales role. Our sales consultants are supported with the tools, training, and leadership necessary to succeed in a modern retail automotive environment. This role is ideal for individuals who value stability while still being rewarded for strong performance, customer satisfaction, and personal development. Compensation and Benefits $36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly) Monthly performance bonuses based on units sold Volume-based accelerator bonus (32+ units) Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,000$1,500) Profit-based "Golden Eagle" bonuses Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold) Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles Provide a professional, customer-focused sales experience Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain consistent follow-up with customers Participate in required meetings, training, and OEM certification programs Performance Expectations Maintain a consistent sales average of at least 10 vehicles per month Meet or exceed OEM Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Willingness to complete required training programs Valid driver's license Why Join Deland CJDR Deland CJDR, as part of Grey Wolf Automotive Group, offers a distinctive approach to automotive sales that prioritizes stability, professionalism, and sustainable success.
