Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable du développement des affaires – Solutions Talents & Main-d'œuvre afin de faire croître et de commercialiser notre offre de main-d’œuvre technique dans les environnements miniers, industriels, de mise en service, de préparation opérationnelle, de maintenance, de fiabilité et de gestion d’actifs.
Principales responsabilités
- Développer et faire croître la ligne d’affaires Solutions Talents & Main-d'œuvre dans les secteurs minier, industriel, énergétique, des infrastructures, manufacturier et des procédés
- Identifier les besoins des clients en matière de dotation technique, d’exécution de projets, de préparation opérationnelle, de mise en service, de maintenance, de fiabilité, d’arrêts planifiés, de démarrage et de soutien opérationnel
- Construire et gérer un pipeline d’opportunités, prospecter de nouveaux clients et développer les comptes existants tout en maintenant une relation avec les consultants facturables
- Développer des relations avec les responsables des opérations, les équipes de projet, les groupes d'approvisionnement et les parties prenantes RH/planification des ressources
- Préparer des propositions, estimations budgétaires, soumissions tarifaires et offres commerciales en collaboration avec la direction
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (opérations, experts techniques, recrutement, RH, finances et livraison de projets) afin d’aligner la demande avec les ressources disponibles et les besoins futurs d’embauche
- Maintenir une communication solide avec les clients avant, pendant et après les mandats afin d’assurer la satisfaction, la fidélisation et la croissance des comptes

Expérience requise :
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en développement des affaires, ventes techniques, dotation industrielle, services-conseils, services d’ingénierie ou gestion de projets
- Expérience de vente dans les secteurs minier, industriel, construction, ingénierie, énergie, manufacturier ou autres secteurs à forte intensité d’actifs
- Bonne compréhension du déploiement de ressources techniques, de l’exécution de projets, des services terrain ou des opérations industrielles
- Capacité démontrée à développer des comptes, gérer un pipeline de ventes et conclure des opportunités de services
- Expérience dans la préparation de propositions, soumissions tarifaires, offres commerciales et présentations clients
- Excellentes compétences en développement de relations avec des intervenants clients de niveau senior
- Expérience avec des systèmes CRM, idéalement HubSpot
Expérience souhaitée :
- Expérience dans les domaines minier, de mise en service, de préparation opérationnelle, maintenance, fiabilité, gestion d’actifs ou exécution de projets industriels
- Réseau existant dans les marchés miniers, industriels ou d’ingénierie au Canada
- Expérience avec des modèles de dotation technique ou de déploiement de ressources
- Compréhension des modèles de facturation par projet, des contrats en temps et matériel, des mandats à durée déterminée et des modèles de ressources intégrées
- Le français est requis avec d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. L’anglais est également requis, car ce poste implique des interactions régulières avec des clients et collègues internationaux.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Talent & Workforce Solutions to grow and commercialize our technical workforce offering across mining, industrial, commissioning, operational readiness, maintenance, reliability, and asset management environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Talent & Workforce Solutions business line across mining, industrial, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and process industries
- Identify client needs related to technical staffing, project execution, operational readiness, commissioning, maintenance, reliability, shutdowns, ramp-up, and operational support
- Build and manage a pipeline of both opportunities, prospect new clients, and expand existing accounts while maintain a relationship with billable consultants.
- Develop relationships with operations leaders, project teams, procurement groups, and HR/resource planning stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, budget estimates, rate submissions, and commercial offers in coordination with leadership
- Work closely with internal operations, technical leaders, recruitment, HR, finance, and project delivery teams to align demand with available resources and future hiring needs
- Maintain strong client communication before, during, and after deployment to support satisfaction, retention, and account growth

Preferred Experience
